Created in Finland by Marja Putkisto Method Putkisto is an innovative, precise, exercise Method of deep stretching, deep breathing and deep strengthening that enables you to achieve in depth changes to your body.

It is a neuro-muscular programme that when followed regularly will result in permanent changes, although you will feel body changing effects immediately. Your improved muscle balance will result in greater freedom of movement, an improved sense of well-being and health as well as increased energy levels.

Method Putkisto is suitable for people of any age and any fitness level from rehabilitation to the general public to sports people, singers, actors, dancers and performers in general.
